SMC Detailing works from a unit on Bonehurst Road in Salfords, between Redhill and Horley. That matters more than it sounds. Machine polishing needs controlled lighting to see what you are actually correcting, and ceramic coatings need a dust free, temperature stable space to cure properly. Neither is possible on a driveway or a forecourt.
Cars come to us from across Surrey, and the premises are secure, alarmed and fully insured while your vehicle is with us. We are VAT registered, and a free courtesy car is available so you are not stuck without transport.

Where a car is being kept long term, the Ceramic Coating Detail from £900 plus VAT adds a deeper correction and Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light, with the wheels removed and coated inside and out. For new cars, XPEL paint protection film is the only thing that physically stops stone chips, and it is fitted here by in house XPEL certified installers.

A ceramic coating adds gloss and chemical resistance but will not prevent impact damage, so many customers combine the two.
